Dear NXP team,
We are using MC33GD3100 driver board to drive Infineon FS380R12A6T4B HybridPACK™ Drive Module
We would like to know the mapping the OCTH voltage values 0.25 to 2.0V shown in below snapshot of MC33GD3100 datasheet to what current?
Can we assume 2.0V is 380A since Drive Module rated Collector Current is 380A? if so what if we change the drive module to high rated Drive Module.
Please clarify and same question goes for Over Temperature, SHort Circuit Threshold limit mapping
