flicker noise of BFU610F

Hi, a spice model of BFU610F transistor is available on the website but i can't find data about Kf, and Af parameters related to BFU610 flicker noise model. Can anyone help me ?

NXP doesn't characterize flicker noise for BFU610F.

For your purpose, you can use the following  values: Af=1.152, Kf=6.8e-14
