Hello Hamed
It seems to be a problem with the model kit.
Did you install the high RF power model kit before using the single product model?
Models for Cadence® AWR® Microwave Office® SoftwareOur models are two part :
RF High power Model Kit
Product Model Design Kit
Both parts are required to simulate device.
Could you uninstall and install both?, RF High power Model Kit first.
I've attached a document that will help guide you through the installation. It also has a troubleshooting section that might help you if you suddenly encounter an error.
I hope this information has helped you, please let me know if you need help with anything else.
Have a great day and best of luck.
Hello, thank you for your response.
I am totally confused really. I downloaded two files for the mentioned transistor.
1)Models for Cadence® AWR® Microwave Office® Software | NXP Semiconductors
version 13- there is no instaling file inside it - so i do not install it and do nothing but unzipping it
2)AFT05MS031N RF High-Power Model AWR Product Model Design Kit.
I downloaded it and followed the following path to have it in awr
File - new with library - brows and choose the file i got from 2) and unziped it.
I have the problem i mentioned.
if it is possible we can set a time to remotely connect to my system and take a look at it please!
Regards,
Hamed
