Is there any functional difference between UJA1168TK/0Z and UJA1168ATK/0Z?
UJA1168TK/0Z is obsolete and in NRFND stage so for that new device i.e. UJA1168ATK/0Z introduced. I this correct?

UJA1168TK/0Z variant does not exist. UJA1168TK product family is EOL.
UJA1168ATK/0Z is valid part number.
UJA1168ATK product family is highly recommended for new automotive designs, replacing UJA1168TK.
