cannot read the data from external memory in mucu like S32R45 etc

I know that the clock is different when HSM works or MCU like the S32R45.

so the function of crypto works normally.

But any data cannot be read from external memory.

what is the solution to resolve this issue?

S32R45 does not have HSM.

But any data cannot be read from external memory.

What data? What configuration? Which SW is used to do so? etc..
