Is MC50XS4200DEK automotive qualified? If not can you suggest any high side drivers for 12V and 48V automotive system with SPI interface

please refer to the page 1. in the MC50XS4200 datasheet. So yes, the MC50XS4200DEK is suitable for automotive applications.
