Who has the ADS simulation model of freescale chip MRF553,MRF553 and MRF557?

I need the ADS simulation model of freescale chip MRF553,MRF553 and MRF557, thank you!

Please, MRF553 and MRF557 models are available from RF transistor vendor kit that is provided with ADS.
Please, search ADS Help for "Packaged BJTs" to find procedure how to add Vendor Component Library.
