Hi Johny3,

There is no functional difference between the part numbers, the only difference is the source of the product.

“/CM” refers to the decision of establish a Dual Source for products TJA1044 (and other PNs). To this end, diffusion of these products will start in a 2nd location wafer fab, in parallel to the running production in wafer fab.
