NXP can only provide information about parts in NXP's portfolio. I noticed that some of the parts in the screen shot above appear to be resistors ("Res") and capacitors ("Cap"). I believe Philips Semiconductor did not make resistors or capacitors. So, resistors and capacitors were not part of NXP's portfolio when Philips spun off its semiconductor business as NXP Semiconductors. I believe Philips had a separate, non-semiconductor business which made passive devices like resistors and capacitors.
Other parts in the screen shot above (e.g., BAV74) were transferred to Nexperia when NXP spun off its standard products business as Nexperia in February, 2017. Please ask Nexperia for conflict minerals information for their parts.
