Question about the TJF1052i

Can you tell me if a continuous voltage of 60 V on VDD2 will affect the output voltage of the pins (VDD1, RxD and TxD) of the microcontroller side despite the isolation?
Do we have to expect the 60V here as well?

I know 60V is ten times the allowed voltage.

Hello Frank,

Could you please share more info about your use case and why do you consider 60V on VDD2 which is indeed rated up to 6V?

Hello Tomas

We are doing an FMEA right now.
In one of the faults we are looking at, a power supply fails and delivers up to 60V to the VDD2 pin.
We are trying to capture and evaluate all possible faults.
It would be nice to be able to exclude some faults.

Hello Frank,

OK, let me check internally whether we have anything else available besides what is in the AH1301, chapter 7 (PIN FMEA).
