TJA1052i/5 - insulation layer thickness

Dear all, for the purpose of electrical safety assessment (partial discharge at 1kV), we would need to know the thickness of the insulation layer in TJA1052i/5 device. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find it in datasheet or AH1301 appnote.

Hello Jiri,

This question suggests that there is simply an insulation layer in the TJA1052i. That is not true, I copied the relevant description from the qualification report in the PPAP:

As the isolator die contains proprietary technology, we cannot share more details.
