On the spec nothing details ending.

Someone can help to know the difference please ?  i think the produc is the same, but i need to be sure,

Yes, there is no technical difference, packing is also identical, the /1 suffix indicates a dual sourced device, meaning the TJA1051TK/3/1J is manufactured from two fab locations (wafer fab either ICN8 Nijmegen or SSMC Singapore). This is mainly to help protect from supply chain interruptions that could occur due to natural disasters.
