TJA1051T Dual Fab Die

For parts like TJA1051T, which have dual fab source, the x-ray overview from different wafer fab will be same or may be different ?

Received parts from both TnD (ICN8) and ZnD (SSMC), the x-ray results show two type. is this normal?
