Hi,

Schneider Electric is asking what the suffix of /1U versus /1J means on the following:

-  TJA1051T/3/1U

-  TJA1051T/3/1J

What are the delta's?  Do you do a general order as TJA1051T/3 or do you have to include one of the suffixes a the end of the part number, the /1U or /1J?

In the data sheet, the ordering information has on the TJA1051T/3 as an ordering code.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Tomas

I have a similar question: What does the number "1" mean? I'm looking for the closest replacement type for the TJA1051T/3/1J because it is on status "Not recommended for new designs". The datasheet doesn't tell me anything about suffixes.

Regards,

Marno

Hi Mike,

The only difference is in packaging:

TJA1051T/3/1J – Reel 13" Q1/T1

TJA1051T/3/1U – Bulk Pack
