Below is the 14pin High-speed CAN transceiver(TJA1043).

Q: at designing stage we placed some thermal vias for dissipation , since then our PCB is heating up . please suggest us , whether  to add additional vias   or is there any restriction ?

I’m afraid that you attached a picture/screenshot without success. Could you please provide it? Also, please check section 8.9 for the Application Hint AN1014 for PCB layout rules.
