TJA1020 in SO8 package

Regarding the TJA1020, is this a common LIN transceiver or is there a newer typ from NXP available ?

Hi Andreas,

The TJA1020 is an old device compatible with LIN 1.3 specification only. Newer devices support LIN 2.x and SAE J2602.
