Hi All,

We need to replace the T4160 with T4081 in our latest board. We know that it is pin compatible, however we need to consider any other hardware changes for that?

The T4241/T4161/T4081 are low power versions of the T4240/T4160/T4080. There is no difference between these parts except for power consumption. For the pin termination difference between the T4160 and T4080 please look at the AN4559, QorIQ T4240 Design Checklist - Application Note https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=AN4559 , section 7.3 Pin termination differences and QorIQ T4160/T4080 Data Sheet https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=T4160 , Table 1. Pinout list by bus , note 29.
