Sleep current issue in TJA1128

Customer: Marquardt

customer is facing issue with TJA1128 sleep current.

In sleep mode if we reduce the voltage below 11V, the sleep current rises to 270uA from 70uA.

From Application note we came to know that this is due to the charge pump as mentioned in below attachment.

I want to know if there is any solution from NXP now in connection with this issue?

Do the test condition meet below descript?

SLEEP mode; BUSWKE = 0;
VBAT = 5 V to 14 V;
VLIN = VWAKE1 = VWAKE2 = VBAT;
VTXD = VWWD = VGPI = VEN = VSTBN = 0 V;
IVCC = 0 μA; Tvj = –40 °C to +50 °C
