Should exposed pad of NX3DV2567HR,115 connect to Gnd or keep open? Nothing is mentioned in datasheet forSOT1039-2?

Hi Amit,

The exposed pad of the NX3DV2567HR is floating, not connected to GND nor VCC internally. It can be connected to GND.
