SJA1110接1000BASE-T1的PHY芯片TJA1120

请问能否使用SJA1110的MII2接口和MII3接口外接千兆T1PHY芯片TJA1120，如果可以的话应该怎么调试适配？

Hi,

you did not specify parts version, so you would check that if used part interface is available on opposite side. 
TJA1120A with RGMII can be connected to any SJA1110 versions on ports 2 and 3. For TJA1120B with SGMII refer to SJA1110 datasheet for SGMII availability on device versions.
For right connection and configuration I can recommend to refer to TJA1120 and SJA1110 documentation (DS, App notes, etc) available from its web pages.

I use TJA1120A and want to access RGMIIport 2 and port 3, but there is no 1000Base-T1 option when using the SJA1110 SDK development tool. I would like to know how to choose the development of SJA1110 SDK with this external PHY

Hi,

you can refer to switch_config_sja1110evm example and switch 2 port 2 configuration, which includes 1000Base-T PHY connected via RGMII.
