SGTL5000XNAA3 whether this part can able to record audio through microphone while speaker is in use(LINE_OUT) and is it capable to use live recording and playing in speaker at same time

In this case, the SGTL5000 needs to be programmed to select the desired input and output signal. The proper way to set the MIC_IN to LINE_OUT route is as follows:

MIC_IN -> ADC -> DAP(optional) -> DAC -> LINEOUT

Do you mean route the microphone input signal to the speakers? That is possible.

But, if you want to use the microphone input signal and at the same time using the LINE-IN (routed to the speakers), I am afraid that is not possible. The system cannot accept LINE-IN and MIC simultaneously.
