SC16IS760IBS --- FIT/MTBF conditions and manufacturing technology

I saw from the "Package/Quality" product webpage tab is possible to find out the MTBF and FIT values but there is no information about the conditions used for this calculation which are:

Temperature (°C) and Confidence Level (%).  As well as the Manufacturing process for the part with the transistor size: 2.5^2um Bipolar, 0.4um CMOS, BiCMOS ....

Also many manufactures add the Activation Energy (eV)

- Could you let me know all these parameters for this device part?

- Is there any document backing up the FIT/MTBF information? web page or tool for pro-rate calculations?
