S32DS Tool occur License missing when not connect ethernet

Hello NXP,

I'm installing the S32DS 3.4 on a remote server, the installation uses offline active code.

After everything is installed, I open the S32DS 3.4 tool, and occur the License missing when not connected the network. My attempts to enter an activation code online or offline failed. Then turn it off, I connect to the network, and open the S32DS 3.4 tool, it is normal.

The remote server should not use the network, can you give me a solution to fix the problem ?

While I check if there is solution with the team, please can you provide me the 2 logfiles for the 

1. One is in the Workspace you are using in that

..\[workspace_name]\.metadata\.log 

2. log file from where you have the design studio installation folder. 

path = \..\S32DS3.4\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4_installation\Logs

Please can you provide these two log files, to understadnd the problem.
