BGA2803

BGA2815

BGA2817

However, I could not find their s-parameter data on web. Can you provide me with these product's s-parameter or model data?

Dear Andrei,

I have checked the datasheets before and now a couple of times. However, I need the S-Parameter data as given in the datasheet of BGA2714 in section 8.3. Other devices' datasheets contain only the graphs of the scattering parameters and values at 3 different frequencies. Those data are useless unless they are given as in the table provided in the datasheet of BGA2714 in section 8.3. I cannot derive the numbers from the graphs in with a good precision, furthermore, phases are not available in those datasheets. Can you provide me with the scattering parameters as a table for each component?
