Hi All,

I have been using LD6836-3.3V but just noticed that it was discontinued for 2 years now. Can anyone suggest here a component replacement please. An exact match interms of footprint would be very good but not really necessary. As long as it has very low voltage drop as we are using this in a small battery voltage range. Thanks!

Regards,

Edmon

Hello Edmon,

Unfortunately, we don't have a direct replacement for the LD6836 in our portfolio. I apologize for the problems this may cause to you. Furthermore, I would like to recommend you the TDA3663. This device is a fixed 3.3 V voltage regulator, with a very low drop-out voltage. Unfortunately, the footprints for this device, are different from the LD6836.

If you want more information about the TDA36663, here is the information of the device.

Or, If you want to see another LDO, here is our current portfolio.

I hope this information could be helpful.

Best regards,

Diego.
