Regarding PXS30 micro controller

Hi I am going to use PXS3020 micro controller for my application

In the reference manual it is said that Each sub module is capable of

Driving one  half H Bridge.

I am going to switch 6 to 8V using  4 MOSFET to form a H bridge.Load is coil

which is connected in between the H Bridge which operates in  the current of

50 to 100mA.

The MOSFET part number selected is Si2314EDS.

Is there any MOSFET driving circuit required for the above application..?or

shall I connect PXS3020 micro controller output directly to the 4 MOSFET.

The solution can be used only if entire system has the same voltage. Moreover, you have to use P and N type of the devices because you will not be able to drive upper part of the H-bridge. The N-Fet you want to use has long fall time so it could be used, I suppose, up to 10kHz.

If you want to use voltage and switching devices, you have decided, then the solution is driver for devices switching.
