Hello people,

Is the RFEM24-250 energy module subsystem currently in production, and if so what is the production lifetime expectancy?

Just in case if I order the part now for prototyping and later find out that it's not in production/phased out which will create problems for the bulk order.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Vu

Hello Vu Tran,

RFEM24-250 is active = fully qualified to meet NXP quality and reliability requirements. Available for production quantity orders.

https://www.nxp.com/products/radio-frequency/rf-power/rf-cooking/2450-mhz-subsystem-for-rf-cooking/2...

There is no EOL plan so far. The lifetime depends on customers' demand.

Have a nice day. Best regards

Pavla

It seems Mouser and Digikey should have some pieces in stock. Please cooperate with them directly.

Have a nice day. Best regards.

Hi Pavla,

Thanks for the response. Is it possible to get a life cycle production estimate for the part? I just want to know in case I order the part now and later find out it's obsolete.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Vu
