For the 「KW45B41Z83AFPAR」, the 「BOOT_CONFIG」 pin is set to Hi at BOOT, but do you need an external pulldown during normal operation?

Hi @kkobayashi1 ,

We believe that if the BOOT_CONFIG pin is left open (not connected to a defined logic level), it will likely float and transition between high and low voltage levels unpredictably.

So, it should better pull-up or pull-down definitely.

Best regards,

Gavin

Thank you for your reply.

If the BOOT _ CONFIG pin is Open, will it recognize "H" or "L" at startup?

Hi @kkobayashi1 ,

Thanks for contacting NXP support.

After the board boots, we should keep the [BOOT_CONFIG] pin unchanged, no external pull-down is required.

Best regards,

Gavin
