Hi,
we have trouble sourcing a preprogrammed Version of the MMPF0200 (F6 Variant). Therefore, I consider programming MMPF0200NP. I thought about using the following Hardware:
KITPF0100SKTEVBE (Adapter for QFN-56), KITPFPGMEVME (PMIC-Programmer).
The Kit claims to be for MMPF0100, but since the chips are very similar: Will this Kit and the software work for MMPF0200?
Can this be used to read the settings of an existing MMPF0200F6 chip and program it into a MMPF0200NP?
Thanks for any help in advance!
Thank you, that answers my question!
Hi,
Yes, KITPF0100SKTEVBE (Adapter for QFN-56), KITPFPGMEVME (PMIC-Programmer) are compatible and can be used to program the PF0200 PMIC
Yes, if you place a F6 PMIC on the socket board, you can read and export the current configuration, to save it using the PFGUI4.0. Then you place a NP unprogrammed version and load the F6 configuration to OTP program it. Check section 5.9 of the GUI User Guide: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/KTPFSWUG4.pdf
