The MRF6V2150N was launched in February 2007 and was included in 15 years longevity program.
So NXP can guarantee it will be available until February 2022 at least. NXP’s products’ life cycles are typically supported for several years beyond the longevity program based on customer and market demand. While NXP cannot guarantee that market conditions will remain unchanged, we remain confident that there will be continued demand for these devices 3+ years. (This doesn’t apply to all devices or all packages within the product family and does depend on market and business conditions.)
