Hello NXP expert,

Host (PC) side can't connect by USB3.0 calble with device when redriver C1/C2 are "open" status.

But connection are working if we have "high level" of them(C1/C2). May I know why have disconnection issues under C1/C2 are open status?

  • Default: w/ redriver and C1 = C2 = Open -> no Tx/Rx signaling.​
  • DOE1: w/ redriver and C1 = C2 = Hi -> eye diagram pass, but time-shifted​
  • DOE2: w/o redriver and short Tx/Rx directly-> eye diagram pass​
