Hi @guoweisun
This is ryo from fujitsu frontech limited.
I have question.
when our product include the PTN3460I into low temperature(0~10℃) to test,
PTN3460I couldn't output LVDS signal .
we would like to confirm whether same failure as below.

PTN3460I dark screen in -10dC environment - NXP Community
Could you tell us take measures to above?
Hi Ryo-san,
I have contacted an application engineer for an advice. He doesn't see a reason for such PTN3460I behavior. He recommends to send the faulty components to NXP for Failure Analysis. Please contact your direct support person in NXP (do you have an email address to the support person? If not, please let me know and I can share it with you), or please contact one of our authorized distributors. Procedure is, that he/she will let you fill a CQI (Customer Quality Incident) form, will take the faulty parts and send them to NXP for analysis.
With Best Regards,
Jozef

Hi Ryo-san,
yes, the application engineer had seen the community thread. Unfortunately me, nor him doesn't see any solution. Guowei is Out Of Office due to China national Golden week. If you can wait till Monday next week, I will ask Guowei what was the solution for the case. Please let me know.
DESCRIPTION
I didn’t see any conclusion in the below community thread, it stopped at GW suggestion don’t mix PTN3460 and PTN3460I parts.
