PTN3460BS technial material

Dear sir . I had design in PTN3460BS with intel apollo lake cpu(EDP to LVDS).

I request  of help  from our  from our agents "WPI: josh.chu@wpi-group.com  "many times. 

They only said OK they will comming , but do not thing for me .

Can you help me to drive our agents to help me , or can you help me about this chip about  review design / how to program this chip ( programmer tools /programmer guide ) / how BIOS to config this chip...

Thanks for your help.

but the files "DPCDtoolV0.4.exe" has "Win32/AutoRun.Agent.HK" worm.

Do you has this tools without virus or worm.
