PTN3460 with tapping bake@ 125dC or 90dC

Hi sir,

Can PTN3460BS bake at 125dC or 90dC with tapping package? 

The baking time follow IPC-JEDEC-J-STD-033 standard.

Normally the REEL type can't directly bake on high temperature.
