we are developing with PN5180 and CLRC663 parts, following the steps to adjust the Rx stage (Rx resistors) that Renke Bienert recommens on webinar "NFC Antenna Design" (https://www.nxp.com/design/training/nfc-antenna-design:TIP-NFC-ANTENNA-DESIGN), we faced with the need of buy a low input capacitance active probe for the oscilloscope. The only spec that specifies in the video is that should be less than 2pF.
I would like to know if there are any others spec about bandwith or attenuation. Do you have any recommended probe?
