We are using PCF85063A modularly. The problem we are facing is  - the OS bit becomes high even for the slightest dip in supply. Please suggest some solution to fix it.

Our yearly consumption is 5000 pieces and we have already released the purchase order. So please look into this as soon as possible.

For your schematic:

1:Selectable integrated oscillator load

capacitors for CL = 7 pF or CL = 12.5 pF,you can use them instead your 10pF.

2: what do you mean slightest dip in supply? You use the battery do you monitor this voltage of battery? Can you catch the VBAT/INT/ CLKOUT when issue happened?
