PCA9547 Voltage Levels

Can I use the PCA9547 in a system like this.  I have a 1.8V processor, and I need to talk with several other devices.  Some are 3.3V, others are 1.8V.  Will this work?  Are there better options?

From below picture showed, when the VDD is about 2.5V you can use this case.
