P82B96 Topside marking number's meaning.

Hi.

I have some questions about P82B96_TSSOP.

The top part is marked 82B96. Numbers such as '01 01 028' are written below.

1. Could you tell me about the meaning of the numbers below?

I have two different numbers.(01 01 028, 01 02 030)

2. If the meaning of the number is different, is the resistance value of p82b96 different?

When the buffer was replaced, the resistance value of the power input pin changed.

Hi Kyung-Min,

1. Line B: Diffusion and assembly IDs

Line C: * YWW

(028 for example corresponds to year 2020, work week 28)

2. There should be no difference in the resistance value, they meet the same datasheet specs.
