No clock_out output with PCA21125

Hello,all

            Now  I debug PCA21125 chip,there is a probrom is no clock out output(32.768KHz),

1.pca21125 select interl oscillator(32.768KHz),

2.clkout(Pin13) link to pull-up resistor,

3.initialize CLKOUT control resiger COF[000] to select clock frequency 32.768KHz.

the result is clock out pin level is low,not change,so please anyone give me a solution.

Sorry about the late response. 

Is there any progress on this issue? If not, please let us know which crystal are you using and share with us your schematic/layout.

I would also recommend looking at our UM10301 including some tips for trouble shooting in chapter 19.

  sorry to response you,before this message,I responed your email but unknow why the email was bounced.

   thank you to respone me,now RTC is ok to run.clock out output is ok,because we use a external crystal with32.768k,

   the reason that we didn't use external crystal,so RTC not work.

   by the way that UM10301 pdf is very useful.
