Need MRFE6VS25 S-parameters that cover 30 to 100 MHz

Does anyone have an S-Parameter file available for the MRFE6VS25GNR1 or MRFE6VS25NR1 that covers 30 MHz to 100 MHz?  The S-Parameter file on the NXP web site starts up at 200 MHz.  I would like to do some preliminary analysis from 30 to 100 MHz using S-parameters but they aren't available.  Also, I can't use the ADS model at this time since I don't presently have ADS.  I attached the .s2p file that is available on the NXP site but it's not sufficient for my needs.  Thank you.

I have the same issue. I, too, need the S-parameter values below 200MHz. I am curious why these are not supplied. This is an issue for multiple parts which are specified for low frequencies, but without the S-Parameters supplied for frequencies below 150MHz or 200MHz.

Hey. Did you get the S2p parameters from 30 MHz for this transistor?

Unfortunately not. I did not even get a reply of any sort.

Too bad. Because I'm currently designing an amplifier in this band pass. Did you succeed with this amplifier?

From the S-Parameters at 200, 300 and 400 MHz I estimated the following model:

This worked quite nicely for me. This part is now a driver stage in a 2 kW_peak MRI-Amplifier. For the real amplifier I was able to use exactly the values  for the matching network I obtained from the spice simulations at 128 MHz.
