NXP TagInfo App - Battery Change

Seeking assistance.

I use the NXP TagInfo app version 4.24.4 on a Samsung J3 2016 mobile device to scan cards.

I have had to change the mobile's original battery, once changed the app stopped scanning cards.

When replaced again with the original battery it works.

Is there some connection between the battery and the app?

Any assistance appreciated.

Hope you are doing well. You can refer to the User Manual of the Galaxy J3, there you can find this remark:

So you would need to use an official battery to be able to use the NFC feature of the mobile device.
