I assume there is a typo in the part number. The correct type number is NX20P3483UK, orderable part number NX20P3483UKAZ (12NC = 935357666012) and the datasheet is available at:

Hi Jacky,

Based on the information I have received from the product group so far, the only difference between the NX20P3483AUKZ and NX20P3483UKAZ is in fab locations - NX20P3483AUKZ is diffused in TSMC10 and bumped at ASEK. There is no technical difference between them.
