NFC cockpit Installation failure

Hi all

When I try to install NFC Cockpit (ver05.03.00) on a PC (Windows 10 64-bit), the installation fails like the attached file. (Even if OM27426CDK is connected, it cannot be recognized from the NFC cockpit.)
I tried several times, but it fails. The same result was obtained when I tried it on another PC.
(Device Manager recognizes OM27426CDK normally.)

Please advice.

I’m so sorry that I mistook model number.

NG:OM27426CDK    ---> OK:OM27462CDKP

I also tried installing it on a LENOVO PC (windows 10 64bit) and an NEC PC (windows 7 32bit), but it didn't work as well. (The right side of the application becomes "white".
Are there any conditions to install NFC cockpit?
