What is the max damage input power to BFU580Q NPN wideband silicon RF transistor?

The maximum RF input power may depend on the amplifier design.

Typical limit is determined by the voltage swing at the transistor base. Having in mind VEB=2V max and VBEF=0.6V, RF input power should be less than about 12dBm at 50 Ohm input impedance.
