Hello shmilywang,

I hope all is great with you. Thank you for using the NXP communities.

In this case they share the same operating voltage, pressure range and package. I mean, the functionality and operation are exactly the same. The only difference is that MPXHZ6115AC6T1 uses Media Resistant Gel instead of the standard Fluorosilicone Gel.

Note that NXP uses two different types of gels, in order to isolate the die from the environment:

The Fluorosilicone Gel (Type FE-53) is being used for all our standard type of pressure sensors. The Media Resistant Gel (Sifel) is being used for our pressure sensors that are used e.g. in high temperature environments, mainly in automotive applications.

I hope this information helps.

Regards,

David
