MMZ09332B Evaluation Board

I'm trying to locate an eval board for the  MMZ09332B amplifier.

I have tried all local distributors, they do not have stock.

I have looked at the product page, design files/purchase information is not there

I have filled out an online request for the design files for this board, but have not even had acknowledgement/ a reply

Can anyone please provide information of where the board can be purchased now, that has immediate stock, or can someone please supply me with the design files, ODB++/GERBERS and i will just get the board made myself
