Did you install the RF HIGH POWER MODEL KIT 2025? This design kit is a logical grouping of files related to a set of ADS components. 

So you have to install RF HIGH POWER MODEL KIT 2025 and the transistor model. 

If this does not work, could you please let me know if you are getting an error?
