MMG20241HT1 test circuit components for 1090mHz - how i can calculate values? C, L ?

We have no reference design for 1090MHz. NXP provides S-parameter file for MMG20241H that can be used for design.

I did some evaluation using Keysigh ADS simulator. The results are provided.

Input network: series capacitor GRM1555C1H1R0BA01 (instead of C1+C2 shunt), 671 mils transmission line, trace width is the same as in the reference design.
Output network: C3 shunt capacitor GRM1555C1H3R3BA01 is moved closer to MMG20241H output pin, distance 179 mils.

Other components remain the same values as in table 10 and at the same location as in Figure 19.

I am a newbie in ADS Keysight.

Trying to modelling schema, but make simply schematic.

Can you send me a full ADS Project files for your schema (on your image) with PCB?

I will learn how it work. I cant do this in ADS by myself now, dont understand.
