I am looking for the tools necessary to program the Flash on this micro. I have the .HEX file that need to be programmed, but cannot find the tools to actually do it. This part is just too old. I purchased a programming module which uses free HC11 programming software. However, this only allows writing to the Calibration section of the flash, not the code section. I also cannot find the tools and documentation necessary to write my own application that will read from the serial port and copy the new program into the Flash. Does anyone know of something that will allow me full access to program this chip?
