MC33879 issue

Hello .

we are using MC33879 for Genset application,but it get failed in the field

relay driving Pin D1 and D2 get short with Ground,let me know below details for failure analysis.

1) Drain to Source max Voltage of internal MOSFET

2) Avalanche Energy of internal MOSFET

3) dv/dt  of internal MOSFET
